![]() | COTTAGE CHEESE i am curently on a diet from a book called testosterone advantage plan i have done this before and got great results however i cut out alota protein because i couldnt eat cottage cheese,i even tried forcing myself with it,is there an alternative with as good nutritional values i could change it for? |

Chicken, fish, meat etc. Even protein shakes if you can't eat enough protein from other sources. The last thing you want to do while bodybuilding is to take a diet and cut the protein out!!

It's all in the mind... if it was the only thing left and eating it depended on your survival then it would taste awesome!!!
