unhappy gym goe is on a distinguished road
COTTAGE CHEESE

i am curently on a diet from a book called testosterone advantage plan i have done this before and got great results however i cut out alota protein because i couldnt eat cottage cheese,i even tried forcing myself with it,is there an alternative with as good nutritional values i could change it for?

You could change it for any protein source. Chicken, fish, meat etc. Even protein shakes if you can't eat enough protein from other sources.

The last thing you want to do while bodybuilding is to take a diet and cut the protein out!!

cottage cheese plus two scoops of your favourite whey and powder and it tastes fine.

It's all in the mind... if it was the only thing left and eating it depended on your survival then it would taste awesome!!!
