Do I need glutamine in my AM shake?

I only usualy take it before and after workouts :confused:

i take it before bed and first thing mate. aswell as PRE workout and PWO

Ok, will do! Is it better to have my whey (or egg whites if I feel like it) say 15mins or so before my oats? As I currently just gulp em down together!!
