![]() ![]() ![]() | I have seen Coffee (I think this is black nothing added) mentioned that is drank by a few people during there diet? Is this useful in any way for a BB's diet? I would like to know more about this if anyone can advise? (when to drink it and how many cups a day or not at all?) Cheers. |

It has some benefits since it's full of caffine, but it also has it's negatives because of this. I don't like the crash I get in the afternoon from a good dose of coffee in the morning.

Fresh ground coffee, not that instant sh1te,is definately one of life's little treats and should be embraced wholeheartedly - so drink up! I normally frequent cafe Nero on a daily basis as their cappuccino's are heaven sent (plus the bird who serves me is proper fit!) |

Miami,a French press coffee maker is better known as a cafetiere in the uk.You are correct, they do make wonderful coffee but imo an espresso machine is better still. Why is a cafetiere more healthy? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Is Coffee any use as part of a diet? If you notice the "cremora" on top of the coffee after you press it, that's the oils and the good bits that get extracted from the coffee beans. You usually lose all or most of this in other coffee brewing methods. I worked at a little coffee shop. not starbuck's, so I learned alot about coffee in my day. Espresso machines are ok i you can afford them. I still prefer the french press method. The owner of startbuck's was on the history channel's show about coffee and he was even saying his favorite is a brazilian bean made with the press. I think that's ironic since starbuck's doesn't sell a brazilian bean or offer a french pressed coffee at their shops. I like a sumatra.
