Beginners Diet, this is what i'm on:

Hi all, im a beginner really just wondering what you think to this diet

around 9am 2 slices of toast with butter and marmalaid, a coffe

about 11-11:30 1/2 pint of milk with banana flavour whey protein

1ish 2 eggs (usually poached) on butterd toast

4ish 1/2pint of milk and banana whey protein

7or8 (after workout) evening dinner, chicken, steak, something like that maybe with some vegetables or salad.

10ish 1/2 pint of milk and bana flavour whey protein

On my none training days i do the same but dnt have my dinner / last whey protein quite so late.

I've noticed alot of talk about drinking alot of water how much should i try and put back?

Thanks, any comments welcome this is what i've put together myself nohelp!

ps: shall i tell my mum to stfu when i get ''eggs are bad for you too often''

about 11-11:30 1/2 pint of milk with banana flavour whey protein either chicken (or a type of meat) with a pitta/sandwich/rice/pots or a shake with a banana

1ish 2 eggs (usually poached) on butterd toast deffo solid meal here - as above

4ish 1/2pint of milk and banana whey protein as above

7or8 (after workout) evening dinner, chicken, steak, something like that maybe with some vegetables or salad. Post workout shake here, then 1 hour later a nice meal with carbs. maybe jacket pot with steak, chicken etc

10ish 1/2 pint of milk and bana flavour whey protein oats and shake with some cottage cheese maybe

On my none training days i do the same but dnt have my dinner / last whey protein quite so late. eat exactly the same apart from the PWO shake)

I've noticed alot of talk about drinking alot of water how much should i try and put back? 3-4 litres

ps: shall i tell my mum to stfu when i get ''eggs are bad for you too often''robsta is the guru of eggs on here. I was having 16 eggs a day not so long ago (not all yolks) & it did me no harm. If your bulking add a full egg to each meal to increase quality calories

Re: Beginners Diet, this is what i'm on:

What sort of protein shake / post workout shake are you meaning?

Is my wheyprotein with milk not sufficient for that?
Also oats... porridge oats etc be fine for that?
Ok thanks, drinking water now!

Re: Beginners Diet, this is what i'm on:

Just a normal whey protein. After workout should be whey with some dextrose/waizy maize starch to get the simple sugar's into your system.

Normal oats are fine

Ditto on the eggs.. I have 6 whites and a large scoop of whey protein with my breakfast. And also on the meat as Chris said. it's the only way to really grow.

Cottage cheese, raw eggs and protein before is also nice to have before bedtime. Slow and fast digesting protein in there for awhile you sleep.
