rice 2 re-heat or not to re-heat???

Hi guys just one simple question
can you reheat rice after its been cooked? if you cook it in the morning and store in an airtight container or fridge can you reheat it? ive heard that you cant as it causes all sorts of problems with bacteria etc anyone put me straight one way or another thanks......

Re: rice 2 re-heat or not to re-heat???

Yes but only once, any more times and bacteria will build upto too high an amount. What I'd do is cook the rice at night, put it in the freezer and then microwave it the next day when you need it.
