Question cous cous

hi guys,

was thinking of adding this to my diet as an alternative with brown rice and pasta to vary it a bit... is this ok? or am i better off sticking with brown rice and brown pasta?

Yup its great and you can get a wholegrain version, from H&B I think? but the normal one is fine. Quinoa is great too!

yeah go for it. I use it along with wholemeal rice and pasta n sweet potatos etc.
