Urgent help needed please

I am really struggling sticking to a diet & I keep trying to make one but I am really struggling.

I dont like any vegetables apart from potatoes & apples & bananas are the only fruit that I like.

I dont like beans etc or nuts, seeds & peanut butter.

I love every meat I have tryed apart from trout. Also I love things like rice, pasta & potatoes.

I can have protine shakes as I have about 4.5kg of the powder left.

Also I have started MMA training 2 hours on a wednesday & about the same on a sunday so I will need to increase my calories for this but I dont know when to start increasing them before hand & also how much extra I should be taking.

I want to change my gym training to 3 times per week on either monday, tuesday, thursdays or fridays.

Please help me as im really struggling, really low energy & feel weak during training.

From what I have said could someone give me a basic diet plan for about 6 meals during the day. Only 1 shake per day though. Also I would prefer foods that could be cooked in bulk & stored in a fridge of freezer for ease. This isnt necessary.

I know it is alot to ask but I really need help as I feel as though I have been going nowhere for a while.

hope you can help.

James

j.m.

Get yourself a rice cooker and and then cook your weeks rice on a Sunday in one go. So simple.. cups of rice, right amount of water, a pinch of salt, close lid, press the button and come back 20mins later.

linseeds are great to crush up and have a tablespoon at night with breakfast or dinner. so you can get omega oils from that and they dirt cheap. But must crush them up or they go straight through.

You one shake a day is probably best served POST workout?? Cottage cheese before bedtime is great to slowly digest throughout the night.

Each night cook chicken for dinner and the next day. Grill some thighs/drumsticks/breasts together or fry up some chicken chunks or something.

Then in the morning grab the days chicken in a tub, put some rice in another.

That can get fairly easy and almost robotic once you get a routine going. Walk in oven on, food in and carry on doing your thing and the come down and pull it out.

Vegetables... now this is where the adult has to take control and tell the kid within to shut and eat his veggies. Try cook a pot full on sunday of carrots, spinish, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, peas and then liquidise and drink a pint each night through the week..... better than nothing hey? Though after about 5 days it's starting to smell "fresh".

I posted my diet in this section and it's about 6 meals and got some good feedback the guys where I can make some changes so have a look there for an idea perhaps.

Hope that was of some help.....

I have thought bout cooking aload of rice at once so I will get my mum to do me some each week. & take this with chicken to school & have a shake PWO.

With the linseeds do you mean have them once a day or with breakfast, dinner & at night?

I will try that veg mix thing. do you add flavours like a scoop of protine powder or anything?

I will have a look at your diet when I get back from work.

Thanks alot mate

Re: Urgent help needed please

Not sure about actual bulking up, but after i gained to the point where i plateaud, i decided to get cut with what i had. I used the ebook "Burn The Fat" - i looked way "bigger" afterwards, but i had actually lost a little weight - i was just rediculously defined. Just thought i'd throw that in there.

Here's the link:

Crush the linseeds and have a tablespoon with breakfast and a tablespoon before bedtime. taste nutty and not bad at all.

NO!!! not at all. Protein powder and real vegetables are not great mix!! I'm talking about if you cant handle veggies, eat your chicken and rice and down a pint of vegetable soup/smoothie whatever you want to call it with the meal.

I will have a look at your diet when I get back from work.

Thanks alot mate
