Late Night Food

My days works upside down, I work evenings. My question is when I get home atround midnight - 1am I am hungry but dont want something that is going to take a while to digest as I dont stay up for long maybe 45mins to an hour. I have recently been consuming a mrp shake but would prefer whole foods. So in a nut shell, what can I eat that will digest quickly?
Thanks in advance:love:

Re: Late Night Food

Try eggs, easily digested, full of good fats and protein.
