Re: pimp my diet....

What are your goals?

There is absolutly no need to go down the road of blending tuna with OJ. MRP's are so cheap these days. If you can replace it with whole foods then do so!

Oatcakes aren't exactly great either.

Nothing major wrong there at all, don't get too hung up on the minor tweaks on your diet, just try it 100% and monitor you results, oh and share

Hi mate, Goals are as clean a bulk as I can get on my next cycle. The Tuna and OJ is still a "whole" food though surely, even if it is blended??? Can you explain ref the oatcakes too? ta mate

Cheers Sport Dr, Its not the most flavoursome of diets though lol

Re: pimp my diet....

I would pick the fruit over the juice.
Juice has no fiber in it and sometimes added high fructose corn sweatener.
You would do better eating the oranges than the juice.

What are oatcakes?
Are they like rice cakes?
If so then you are better off again eating the oats by themselves.

Rice cakes have almost the same glycemic index as sugar, the processing really ruins the GI of foods big time.

Try to eat more vegetables too.

hey Hacks, cheers mate. The oatcakes are just like little crackers made of rolled oats? The reason I have the OJ is to mask the tuna lol, So I may bin the Tuna and Just go chicken and rice for those two meals, that would be better yeah?

The veg has always been my downfall, dont really eat it, only in stir fry!

Re: pimp my diet....

I never take oats after a workout. Could probably just throw it into the protein shake i down after a session??? Might start doing just that....

Sure you can blend up some oats PWO, you are insulin sensitive anyway so the responce from the blended oats are fine.
