Re: Whey Supplement PWO

Nothing is going to be as effective as whey, is there a reason you can't get some more?

Other than that its a tough one as most foods digest slowly defeating the object of the PWO meal, perhaps milk?

Re: Whey Supplement PWO

I would ask the same Q as SD - why no whey.... It's cheap and rapidly delivered to your muscles after training.. so prob most effective protein PWO

I know Ultimax are doing a deal at the mo, and they chuck in free delivery... in fact you're lucky enough to be in manchester so you may be able to collect...

not a plug.. just suggestion

i would go with this but have 1 banana, an average banana roughly has about 30g high gi carbs.

as for egg whites, about 10 will do, 3g of protein per egg white.

rather you than me though.
