bagels

hey guys,

i normally have a chicken sandwich for lunch (with wholemeal bread and fresh cooked chicken breast).

i was thinking of changing this to having the chicken with a bagel?would you guys say this would be ok?

or are bagels full of chemicals and processed crap?

thanks

Re: bagels

IMO I'd leave the bagel. Why don't you have granary bread or healthy living tortilla's/wholemeal pitta's?

Re: bagels

Agree with Chris.Bagels are high in carbs and are generally a better choice pwo but i know how nice they are so if your determined go with The Food Dr's brand as they are wholemeal and imo are the healthiest which wont cause an unnecessary sugar spike.

Re: bagels

Stick to wholemeals. Personally if your cutting id drop the bread.
