A chicken fillet breast weighing 200 grams (raw) will contain roughly 50 grams of protein. Obviously 100g would be half that. Just up the protein.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Tuna when you think off it you can buy 8 chicken fillets from the asda(frozon)for a fiver, people say that is to costly but you can bet they will be spending the same amount at work on big fat boy butties and crisps and all the stuff you get in a machine seen it time and time again.every day this is.chickin is the best imo.for lean growth you can get cheap steak these days to that does the trick go to your nearest farm mate. |

![]() | Re: Tuna are you suggesting he half inches a few cows ![]() I have been shopping about 7-8ish pm of late and quite often find tuna in steak or diced steak form on a little reduced section (in between chicken and sea food in my nearest sainsburys) Brings it down to a decent price, and tastes great straight off the Forman or grill. Granted it needs to be eaten that night but awesome source of protein...
