Trouble eating

If this is the wrong section the I apologise, but didn't know what one to put it in....
The last week or so, I've been feeling full all the time, having trouble eating etc...
I'm not eating more than normal, just really struggling to want to eat. Even after training I'm only just managing the steak and sweet potato and can't manage the veg....would digestive enzymes help or is it just something that will pass?

I go through phases like this. Sometimes its because I'm tried or slightly overtrained. Not having my usual amount of water also can bring it on.

i find its because the same food all the time, i was eating my six egg scrambled egg and was thinking how the hell do you eat 24 a day (as you said some time back) as my last mouthfull whent in i thought yuck (and was unable too swallow for ages), dont want egg again in morning but know i have too nooooooooooooooo

i often get this, it comes and goes, sometimes even 2 hours after a hard gym session im forcing two mouthfuls down and trying to keep it there, takes absolutley ages to eat a meal! really frustrating when you know youve got to get it down you if you wanna grow! d-bol makes it ten times worse, will never use it again.

Rob digestive enzymes will help mate i have been through this as well...

what might help is take a few days where you lower your cals and replace a few meals with shakes this normally does the trick for me...

ps i will move this to the appropriate section..

Sorry about the wrong section mate....doh!!!
I'll try missing a meal or 2 and replacing with a shake....any digestive enzymes in particular? Not too clued up on them I'm afraid.....thanks for the input guys.....:love:
