Re: MRPs ?????

Hi Mate... try the following... dont worry about the taste of the cottage cheese or WPC... the choc flavour/ sugar gets shot of it..recipe from our site..

Mix the following ingredients in your blender

150g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 level scoop Ultimax Whey Protein Concentrate(82%)
300ml Skimmed/ semi-skimmed Milk
2 tsp Demerera Sugar or Nesquik chocolate powder
1 Banana

(in case your wondering, The whey itself doesn't taste as bad as other pure WPCs.. more bland and slightly milky)

A couple of tbsp ready brek (i.e. ultra fine oats) can help if you need the carbs. If you do add oats, remember to scale up the liquid otherwise you may need to eat your MRP with a spon a few hours later ;)
