![]() | MRPs ????? Hi i was just wondering about MRPs im on a bulker at the moment and with my job its hard to get as much food down me as i would like to.. so heres what i need to know can i substitute a couple of solid meals for MRPs ? maybe twice a day ?? i know this is not ideal but i dont know what other options there are out there please let me know your thoughts and also can anyone recommend a good one ? regards bestshot ![]() |

![]() | Re: MRPs ????? Hi Mate... try the following... dont worry about the taste of the cottage cheese or WPC... the choc flavour/ sugar gets shot of it..recipe from our site.. Mix the following ingredients in your blender 150g Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1 level scoop Ultimax Whey Protein Concentrate(82%) 300ml Skimmed/ semi-skimmed Milk 2 tsp Demerera Sugar or Nesquik chocolate powder 1 Banana (in case your wondering, The whey itself doesn't taste as bad as other pure WPCs.. more bland and slightly milky) A couple of tbsp ready brek (i.e. ultra fine oats) can help if you need the carbs.
