| Administrator | No problem with that at all mate. Its a great way to get extra k/cals and fibre into your MRP. On a related note, if anybody uses Reflex Instant Whey try mixing that with oats and leave it for a few mins .. the digestive enzymes in the Reflex Whey practically dissolve the oats .. its very cool ![]() L |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | i was meant to have some steak and brown rice this afternoon but as i was dishing up the steak i realised i had forgoten to put the rice on(i know dozy tw*t). anyway i had a mug of oats in milk for carbs with the steak and realy enjoyed it. i found it was better after it had stood for a while because the oats were softer. this will definately be a staple part of my diet now. |
