| Newbie Trainer | Shakes help? Hi again, As I was reading through the posts on nutrition and training and I keep seeing these PWO shakes (whey) and then protein shakes. As my main aim is weight loss/body fat loss and muscle definition (as a woman), through weight training (and some cardio, as opposed to the full-on cardio i'm used to), but should I be drinking these shakes as well? I saw this one for a PWO shake Elite Dymatize Butter Cream Toffee whey, but is this right for me? Or where should I start? I know worrying about bulking for women is a myth, but will the shakes help my weight/fat loss? Thanks guys!! Miss Tx |

(i expect) you should include this in your diet as it will be absourbed straight away and will not make you bulk. a good balanced diet with the correct cardio will help fat loss, not cutting out carbs altogether |
