![]() | advice needed re diet and program Lads have a look at my diet and training program. Any advice would be appreciated. Breakfast-9am-, bowl of special k, protein drink Snack- 3 boiled egg whites Lunch 12-1230, half a tuna sandwich, brown bread, 2 pints of water Snack -3pm half a tuna sandwich- protein drink Dinner-6pm 2 chicken breasts, baked potato, 2 pints of water Snack -9pm - protein drink Training- 5 times a week. Mon- Chest- 4x super set, incline bench press. 3x super set flyes 10min cross trainer 10min cycle Tue- bi's - 4x super set preacher curls 3x " " Alt dumbell Wed- Shoulders- 4x " " Shoulder Press 4X Delt lifts 10min cross trainer. 10 cycle Thur Legs- 4X squats 4X Leg extentions/calf raise Friday-Back 4X Super set- Bent over row 3X Pull downs behind neck 3X " " to chest 10- cross trainer 10- cycle 5ft 10- 14st |
