Eggs in a Shake

How do you guys put the eggs in shakes? Do you scramble it first or do you just put it in raw and blend it afterwards?

Havnt you got to have a cast iron gut to eat them raw?

I use pasturised egg whites in my shakes, from eggnation

just whisk it with a fork, coz if u blend it, it will froth up realy bad, and becomes too hard to drink!

I just stick em in and BLEND!

i find if you just fork whisk them they tend to stay a bit snotty and not a nice texture to drink.

Check out the Egg Sticky for all your Egg questions.
