![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | need some protein in meal 4.protein shake in milk just before bed.and one in water after a workout.some people have them at other times, but those r the 2 most important ones of the day IMO.some ppl find it hard 2 eat a solid breakfats first thing in the morning,so they have a protein shake then and follow up with a proper breakfast about an hour later.when doing a cycle u will want to be taking in more protein than usual,so u will probably want to take in extra if possible.for breakfast something like oatmeal would be best, this is loaded with slow digesting cabs, which will give u a steady stream of energy throughout the day.it's good to have the mixed fruit in their, but it's not a complete meal, and also try add in some veg, broccoli, asparagus, carrot are all good choices.a can of tuna on it's own isn't a complete meal,u need carbs and healthy fats in their.i like tuna as well, and have at least a can perday, but other fish such as cod and salmon will give u healthy fats also.make u sure that u try and take in as much water as u can,i don't know if ur using oral or injectables but orals are hard on the liver, as is taking in a lot of protein,so try take in lots of water to help ur body out.i don't know much about roids, but they say first cycle=best cycle, so make sure u get the most out of it otherwise u will regret it. |

![]() | Hey, what are you goals, bulking or cutting? Just out of interest how long have you been training for? People seem to be moving to steroids sooner and sooner My belief is that naturally we can so far, ripped, cut and huge. This is reached after years and years of training and perfect diet to reach out genetic peak. After this, once the plateau is reached. Steroids can be used to surpass your genetic limits. Just my thoughts |

![]() | Thanks for the extra advice, my main aim is to bulk up ive been training for around 4 1/2 years but never trained to bulk up mainly to tone up and lose weight. When i first started training i was a propper fat fcuk at 6'2 and weighing 17 1/2 stone but mainly fat im now 14 st and would like to go back up to around 16 /16.7 st but with extra muscle on the frame, for around the last year the weights im lifting hasnt changed so i started to do some research into roids and use injectables and decided thats the way forward for me. Thanks |

![]() | you have never done a bulking diet??? And you are wondering why your lifting hasnt changed in the last year!!. Diet is everything, you cannot expect to get bigger/stronger without eating shed loadsa protein and having everything else in check. Spend a lot of time on good bulking diet and high volume lifting, before moving onto roids |

No good fats in there. (ok, 3 egg yolks and thats it- Also cooking food in oilive oil doesnt mean much because as soon as you heat oil, it degrades into sh1t fat! ) Bread-Not a good carb Roast potatos.- not an ideal bbing food! Sh1t fat, high glycemic carbs.. Add some green veg, brocolli/spinnach/peas Try not to rely on MRP's/Protein shakes too much. Get as much as your protein from whole foods. Try to only have supplements post workout and whey 1st thing AM. Rest of the time, every 2-3 hours, get lots of whole food protein down you

However, it needs a lot of serious attention. There is a serious lack of protein in your diet, without protein you will not grow much at all. I think your diet needs a major overhaul and you need a consistantly good diet for 2-3 years before considering steroids. Have a look at Panthro's signature and ask yourself if your diet is helping you put on muscle or is it holding you back from reaching your goals. Without eating properly you are wasting time, money and effort. Best of luck, Jock
