Now, the thing is I HATE dry chicken breast (Though I dont mind it in a sauce....LOL). Anyway, I have searched for a sauce that I could use (Low carb, fats, cals) and found nothing. However, By chance I happened to look at the nutritional value of "Knorr chicken stock cubes". To my surprise they (Per cube contain 29 cals, trace fats and 0.3 carbs. So onto the (Stupid??) question(s): --- Can I use 1 stock cube per day on my diet (low carb day)? ---Am I allowed to eat onions? ---Am I allowed to eat mushrooms? I appreciate your experienced answers and remember we all have stupid questions until we know the answer. I Just dont want to FCUK up here................................. |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | Re: Am I allowed? dude u can normally get away with some sauce untill the last week or 2 however spices are normally the best garlic pepper is nice sprinkle over before cookin i used jerk mainly when dieting remembet to get the spices not sauces have u posted your full diet anywhere mate? Todays diet was as follows (Low carb day): 07:30 6 egg whites, half a scoop of whey, 30ml full milk 09:00 1 Whey protien (Water) 10:00 150g chicken, 6 button mushrooms, a little onion 40g brown rice 12:30 150g chicken, 6 button mushrooms, a little onion 40g brown rice 13:00 150g chicken, 6 button mushrooms, a little onion 40g brown rice 16:45 1 Whey protien (Water) 19:00 1 fillet steak, quarter onion 22:00 6 egg whites, half a scoop of whey, 1 spoon of casien, 30ml full milk In addition to this I am on PLENTY water, and taking the following supps BCAA Multivitamin Vitamin C Vitamin B6 Glucosamine L-arginine Omega 3 |

Sure vegetables are ok, green beans, broccoli, asparagus, etc, all good stuff. You can use some lemon juice and garlic to season that dry chicken breast, I have been eating 2 a day for a while and just use water with it. I dont mind dry, but then again overcooking any meat will leave it on the dry side, I dont do that very often.
