Greens+ (Any good?)

I tried a search on here but no luck

So as a back up is this product worth getting? If for some reason I havent eaten all my veg for the day I can just neck one of these and forget about it, however I have heard slightly mixed reviews as to whether they are actually beneficial.

Can anyone shed any light for me?

p.s. it's not a big problem as I am lucky enough to like most fruit and veg but it would be nice to know I can have a backup.

p.p.s These are what im talking about - http://greensplus.co.uk/index.php/cPath/21_23

Re: Greens+ (Any good?)

Dude I have never heard of it. If it is powdered form I would generally tell you to avoid it.

Dont spend loads on supps like this. Take your money to the supermarket and buy some decent veg. At worst, stick a portion of veg in a blender/liquidiser and have it that way (drink). I bet you could get a good portion of veg for around 25p each meal!!

Re: Greens+ (Any good?)

i understand James. Sometimes I get well bored with eating. I eat 5 meals a day (6 on training day) and I really struggle for a range of tastes.

I do rely on salads, onions and stuf for flavours as to me that is the best way. Some guys on here make there own coatings for chicken and fish by using herbs and spices and blitzing them in a blender.
