OJ has a lot sugar - although does have benfits such as vitamin C depending on what kinda OJ it is. Milk has fat and sugar - again good in small doses IMO. Although I'd eliminate them both if I was dieting. Your abs will be getting stronger and probably bigger - but there is a layer of fat covering them. Belly fat is usually the last place blokes lose it. Do you know what you're body fat % is? I'd suggest you find out. It's easier to build a diet plan if you know. What kinda diet do you follow now and what training are you doing?

You can train & train them all day long, but eating cheerio's & a sandwich won't get them on full display (unless your metabolism is faster than lightning). Orange juice is loaded in sugar, so if you are that concerned to see your abs I'd go with the rest & drink water until you can see your face through your pi**!

Sounds to me like you are very thin and carry very little muscle mass - down to your training but more so because of your diet.
