These are real easy to use, i am as divorced from the kitchen as you can get but i can use one, lol. They come with a guidance manual of how long to cook meat & things for etc so you cant really go wrong.

cheers, so is there like nething i can add 2 the meat 2 make them taste diffrent rather than plain chicken or whatever,

Also shall i go to the butchers and just ask for a load of chicken fillets, i know this sounds stupid but do i have 2 get then a certain size 2 fit the grill.

Also as i will be puttin them in the freezer at work, do i leave them out the nite before 2 defrost ?

Re: how do u use this ???

This has given me a chuckle you remind me of myself when i first moved out of home, lol.

You can add whatever flavour you want to the chicken just make sure youre checking it when its cookingh so the outside doesnt burn.

Depending on what size george you have depends on how much you can cook on it, if youve gone for the smallest one and your just cooking for yourself it will do you fine.

If your freezing them always take them out to defrost the night before to make sure you dont make yourself ill. Put the meat on the lowest section of the fridge and keep it away from cooked meats.

Thats about as far as my culinary skills stretch im afraid, lol.
