carpe diem is on a distinguished road
i need a good diet plz

ive been training for around 9-10 mnths my height is 5ft 9, weight 11st 4lb and i can`t get any bigger unless i start a new diet, please could i have help with this coz i`m sick of staying at this weight and know i could get bigger if eating the right foods, i dont think i could eat 6 meals a day due to work but i`m after any suggestions.thanx peeps.

hi invisible i have 3 oatabix for brekky, wholemeal sandwich with ham and a yoghurt for snack, rice or pasta and chicken or fish and a banana b4 training then 3 oatabix after training, i know i`m not getting enough protein so i need a changed diet to get bigger.

what times do you eat? and what breaks do you have at work? have you though of taking protein shakes if you cant fit in 6 meals
