cutting advice

hi guys im going to go on a cut at the end of january and i was wondering how i can mantain my size or as much as poss while gettin lean and still gaining muscle but while loosing weight??? i was thinking high protein low carb and fat ???

If you have low carbs and low fat where is your energy going to come from?

You might wanna look into carb cycling. High carbs = low fats. Low carbs = moderate/high fats.

However, having seen your diets which you've posted up over the past weeks if you just ate healthy I think you'd lean out natually while maybe even making gains.

You really have to sort the diet out. Cutting out carbs and fats isn't good. Just the same way eating chips, crisps and chocolate isn't good. I'm willing to bet if you got a good lean mass diet you'd see a fair amount of fat drop off. Mix this in with some cardio and you'll be laughing.

lower carbs, increase your protein and GOOD fats.

Kinda hard to gain muscle whilst dieting, although it can be done.
