Unhappy new diet plz

Hi I have been training for nearly two years but I still cant get rid of my gut/love handles. I know my current diet isn't good but I am willing to make drastic changes to reach my goal of flatish stomach and no luv handles. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a good diet to try as my holidays are in July and i want to get in better shape.
I train 3 to 4 times a week but i have just started football training then a match on Saturday until end of the season.

Height 5'7
Weight 12.5 stone
B.F ???

Thanks

Re: new diet plz

Need more info.

What does your training consist of?
What is your current diet?
Are you prepared to do activities like morning cardio?
Are you looking to preserve as much muscle as possible? (I'd assume yes)
Etc...You get the idea.

Also - find a sample diet. Do a search for cutting diets. Identify the things you like and dont like then come back with a basic outline of what you plan to each daily. You'll find people are much more willing to work with you if you do some research and the ground work first.

July is a very real goal to look good. Good luck.
