Looking roughly at your foods I would say you are going overkill on Protein too, you are young so I am only guessing not that big yet either but I could be wrong! Too much protein will lead to poor digestion, all you need for natural traininig is about 1g per pound maximum. The remaining calories should come from good fats, low glycemic whole grain carbs and raw foods. Bacon and cheese (assuming you meant a full fat cheese) contain a lot of sodium and saturated fat, so are not a healthy food option, mind you they taste great and would make a good cheat meal once per week. This diet will help you grow, but not necessarily make you feel healthy enough to train. HTH SD

You can add fruit into any of your first three meals, what you add and how much is up to you and dependant on your goals and what macronutrient ratios you are aiming for. If you don't eat veg you are missing out on vitmains, minerals, phtonutrients, palnt enzymes, anti-oxidants, fibre soluble/insoluble, protein, Low GI Carbs, well just about everything you need. Don't fill your nutritional gaps with supplements, they supplement not replace good whole food, if you 'hate veg' then you need to get serious about whether you want to achieve your goals or give in to fussy eating. With the hundreds of veg out there, there is no excuse not to find a few you like. Alternatively Udos does a supplement called beyond greens, it has all the above but is expensive. Raw organic veg where ever possible is the way foreward. SD
