Most weight gainers imo are just cheap mixes of protein and simple carbs. If you are going to get then get a good one. i wont mention any brands as that starts new threads! Personally, I find that a good protein shake to be good enough and then add your own carbs by the way of food.

![]() | Re: weight gainer Respectable brands have the advantage of digestive enzymes, vitamins, nutrients and essential fats added to their Protein and Carb mix If you want an all in one meal replacement or are struggling to put weight on and wont buy more than one supplement then it can be a great idea. If you've got the cash it can be more beneficial to buy everything seperatley and you can decide when and what you use, and in what proportions ... more carbs in the morning, less in evening etc mb |
