Re: STRUGGLING TO EAT AND DRINK ENOUGH

why were u ill mate can u tell us?

i find the trick is to keep busy when i am busy i eat loads maybe some morenign cardio to get the metabolism running... a quick 20 mins walk around the block?

Vit b12 is meant to help whether it does or not is debatable..

eat as many meals as u like 2mrw... then add half a meal every day imo

Re: STRUGGLING TO EAT AND DRINK ENOUGH

I am not an experienced bodybuilder by your standards but I know a thing or two about nutrition!

The symptoms you are describing are those of a possible lactose intolerance. Do you tolerate milk well? have you changed protein brand to one with lactose in? (dont name it, it starts rows!)

Another thing could be intestinal yeast, have you had any antibiotic therapy lately?

You could help things with a decent enzyme with each meal that has carb enzymes and protein enzymes in it (maybe Udo's) and an acidophilus cultured product each day. Ginger is supposed to stimulate appetite, but I never really noticed tbh.

Did nothing for me at 1000mcg per day, inj.

There is a new supp called 'Black Hole' which claims to help appitite, I'd be interested to hear from anyone who had used it.

Cheers for that.

Many find Dbol, (or any oral for that matter), decreases appitite, I do not really notice much one way or the other, mine is pretty poor regardless.

The anti-histamine Periactin was the only thing that really worked, but it made me feel like total crap, and sleep all day, so not the most practical thing in the world, :(

hi db looked awesome at S.O.T , cant say why i was ill as docs could not find out i had blood test and samples even got kidneys, liver tested and even for cancer believe it or not but what happens is i seem to recover for a while then just as i think im over it and getting back on track bang it happens again as it did last night i went to bed 10 mins later i was relly vilently sick just comes out of no where but i do have to take patoprazole every day as i have stomach acid probs,

hi SD i can stomach milk easily if on its own but like you say could be something to do with the protein but i have tried a few brands now and no changes unfortunatly

thanks for the advice from all though as its good to get other peiple opinions as im really even considering stopping competing as its getting to me pretty bad now
