Talking My diet please critique

Hi everyone im new here and am finding all the information on this forum ver helpful, im just not too sure about my diet, in terms of whether im eating enough tbh. I have been trying to bulk for about 2 months now and only put on about 2lbs. In your honest opinions ahouls i up the calories a bit or not.
I have posted my diet below to give you a bit of an idea of what i am eating on a training day.
Age 18
Weight 139lb's
Height 5ft 8.5
body fat approx 14-15%
Currently Bulking until spring

For example:
9.00 get up
09:00 25grams whey in water and a piece of fruit 175 cals
09:15 50g dry oats + water 200 cals
1weetabix 65 cals
5 egg whites 75 cals
tablespoon pb 100 cals
40g protein

11.15 my protein bar (200cals) and an oatcake
20g protein

2.15 tin of tuna with a mixed salad and 50g of quark and 25g mixed nuts
35g protein

5.15 mrp 42g protein 20 carbs
42g protein

6.30 trained chest

7.30 PWO Shake which included 50g whey a banana and a plum
40g protein

08:30 PPWO Chicken breast with 50 g quark, 50g wholewheat pasta and mixed salad
35g protein

11.00 pre bed snack 150 quark with 1 tbl spoon flax
20g protein

Instead of individually having oats then weetabix, why not have one or the other? Just have a larger amount?

You could do with some more solid food meals in there. Bar's are a quick fix, and are good to have in circumstances where your rushing. However; I feel if you were to prepare a couple of meals at night, you'd be on a winner.

Bump for Ninepack, pscarb, TT etc for diet.

thanks very much for that mat i many just up the oats to 75g dry weight then. in your opinion, are there enough carbs PPWO??
