my diet

im currently on a PT course & this what my diet is like @ the moment, during the day evertime i eat is usually while im on a break. currently 13 st 8lbs, approx 12% bf, 5 ft 8 & im getting towards the end of my PCT, i've decided to stay natural for a while, i have a fast metabolism. is this diet sufficent to gain lean mass steadily? any suggestions or comments?
6:15am 3g CEE
6:30am mass shake (30 pro & 50 carbs), 60g meusli (whole milk), apple
9:30 banana & 50g almonds
10:35 turkey & wholgrain rice & cherry tomatoes (30g pro, 50g carbs)
12:30 train
1:00 3g CEE
1:15 PWO whey shake (40g pro) & 100g flapjack
3:30 apple, 50g almonds
5:15 protein bar (42 g pro)
7:00 chicken & wholwheat pasta & broccoli (40g pro & 60g carbs)
9:30 1 litre of whole milk (32g pro etc...)
10 pm bed
after my first meal i take a high strength multi vit & min & 3 fish oils-330 EPA & 220 DHA. i also take cranberry extract, korean ginseng & saw palmetto.

Not clued up enough to comment on your diet mate but you have amazing shape and size for a 20 yr in a few yrs your be massive!! mate well done

Re: my diet

All id change is putting a protein source in your half 9 and 3:30 meal mate, apart from that Ive seen your pics and im impressed, your big and still lean, great combo, add some protein in there though IMO.

thanks buddy, yeah i think your right, before i started the Personal training course my protein intake was alot higher, thought id try a lower protein approach (approx 1g per 1lb of bodyweight). think i'll jack it up a bit though.
