Toilet time

I'm finding alot of the time i'm not passing good old solid ****s. Find alot of its more liquidy. Is this the side effect of high protein diet or could it be something not agreeing with me. Have a good diet loads of oats and veg of think i get a fair amount of roughage. Is irritable bowel syndrom common in bodybuilders? Not the most pleasent subject but just wondered what all ur experiences are?

Do you get alot of your proteins from shakes?


IBS about the best way I know of treating this would be digestive enzymes and pro-biotics.
It just may be something like lactose intollerance.
Does milk agree with you?

One other thing is colostrum. But those others will help big time.
Cut back on the gas big time too.

Certain fruits act as laxatives.
Any fever or stomach cramps or sulpher smelling gas?

you might not be getting enough fibre in your diet mate. apples, rice, bread, sweetcorn etc are good.
