![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Protein and Oats is a great way to get a meal down. Blend the oats or if you are lazy buy super fine oats from bulkpowders. Add some flaxseed oil and you've got yourself a meal. Drinking them with water isn't as good as drinking them with milk though. If you want (mostly) protein meal - add just a little flaxseed oil.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Nope. I put the protein powder in my shaker along with the oats, add some water to cover and blend it (obviously using a blender). I have unflavoured whey and mixed with oats tastes lovely. No need to add flavourings. ![]()
