Eating after 7

I always do, because of my job i dont get my tea till 7.30 quite often. I have heard arguments that say its bad and some that say not, do we have a definate answer on this??

ah, thats cool then. cos quite often if its not a gym night at around 9 I get a craving for a nice big whey and choc powder shake but worry its going to be detremental to my training and make me a porker!!!!

Same with me mate. I get home after 7 some nights. You've gotta eat man!

If you feel your starting to 'bloat', cut the amount of carbs down at that meal.

If I am dieting the I dont eat carbs in my last meal and eat about 3-4 hours before bed.
I find this pretty successfull, you can have water though.
