![]() | I have been trainning for the past two years I am 6'3, 110 Kgs. I am 41 and have only discovered that I know nothing about diet or what I should be eating. I really enjoy body building as I did twenty years ago. Any information would be greatly appreciated, my goal is to stay strong and lose body fat |
