![]() | Hi all need to know if Im heading in the right direction with my diet ?. Just getting into BB and looking for advise. My stats are 5ft 10" and 58kg train three days a week been told im under weight for my hight (like a butchers pencil). My Diet for today was 8.00am 3 scramb eggs, baked beans, 2x w/meal toast, banana milkshake, 1000mg fish oil. 11.00am 90grm sardines, banana. 2.00pm 1x chicken breast, 50grm pasta. 5.00pm Baked beans on 2 w/meal toast. 8.00pm 2 baked pottatos with cottage cheese, whey shake(125ml milk, two whole eggs, banana) 1000mg fish oil. 10.00 Alpen wheat and fruit bar. Plus drank 2ltr water (bustin 4 a pee lol). I think seems to be alot but been advised to take approx 3767 cals per day for my stats ? :confused: |
