Banana milkshake (whey protein?)

11.00am
90grm sardines, banana.

Interesting combo!

2.00pm
1x chicken breast, 50grm pasta.

Veg?

5.00pm
Baked beans on 2 w/meal toast.

Not enough protein, baked beans are full of sugar and salt as well

8.00pm
2 baked pottatos with cottage cheese, whey shake(125ml milk, two whole eggs, banana) 1000mg fish oil.

10.00
Alpen wheat and fruit bar.

Cereal bars are usually full of junk, I would have yogurt or sugar free museli with whey protein, check what some of the other lads eat on a gainer, use search
Plus drank 2ltr water (bustin 4 a pee lol).

Yes the calories sound about right. Looking pretty good, just make sure you are getting protien in every meal.

I am also a big fan of fruit and veg in the BBing diet
