Mate, you can have a good high protein diet quite cheap, I bet you spend £40-50 a week on food already, If you get plenty of eggs, turkey breast, tuna, sweet potatoes, more eggs, etc plus some greens in that's easily acheivable for £30 ish for a week....I spend about £45 -60 a week on my food and I have 2 steaks every day and chicken breast, plus 25 ish egg whites......lol

I'd not be as able to give as good diet advice as say Pscarb, or Tinytom.....search their threads on diet etc and you'll find some excellent info on diet......should follow it a bit more closely myself...lol
Eat more meals, less amounts....For example, my 3 main meals consist of 200g protein, 50-150 g carbs (depending on what I'm running) and 2 portions of greens such as broccolli, brussels etc..
I have 8 meals a day but I include protein shakes in this and Tuna, eggs etc
