![]() | All this diet stuff is mind blowing and looks costly. Can any one recomend a diet on a budget to a complete newbie. My stats are age 41 hight 5,10 weight 126lbs. I would like to diet for mass and also looking for good routine.;) |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Mate, you can have a good high protein diet quite cheap, I bet you spend £40-50 a week on food already, If you get plenty of eggs, turkey breast, tuna, sweet potatoes, more eggs, etc plus some greens in that's easily acheivable for £30 ish for a week....I spend about £45 -60 a week on my food and I have 2 steaks every day and chicken breast, plus 25 ish egg whites......lol

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'd not be as able to give as good diet advice as say Pscarb, or Tinytom.....search their threads on diet etc and you'll find some excellent info on diet......should follow it a bit more closely myself...lol Eat more meals, less amounts....For example, my 3 main meals consist of 200g protein, 50-150 g carbs (depending on what I'm running) and 2 portions of greens such as broccolli, brussels etc.. I have 8 meals a day but I include protein shakes in this and Tuna, eggs etc
