![]() | Evaporated milk Hi - does anyone think Evaporated milk (whole or semi) is of any use when bulking? Looking at a cheap (34p supermarket), 410g tin of semi-skimmed Evap: Roughly : - 32g protein Roughly : - 460 calories (roughly 11g of saturated fat - not particularly good but not excessive) Not bad for a bit over 30 pence! (whole evap's higher calories, similar protein but much higher saturated fat though). Also - is it of any use as a protein source/muscle preservation ie drink before bed or throughout the day or whatever? Thanks. |
