Lightbulb Preserving Muscle

Hey...

Due to an op i'm getting next week, i'm gonna be out of the gym for at least 1 month

No cardio either, nothing!!

Just about to finish with sust + winny on fri then start HCG after 2 weeks for 1 week then start Nolva/clomid the week after that.

My question is, whats the best plan for not losing my muscle?...My body should still have lots of test so will this have a preserving effect?

On the other hand, maybe it aint so bad...a 4 week break might do me good - i should come back stonger!

I just took 6 weeks off upper body in April/May.

I have known of a figure girl who took 6 months off her upper body while she sorted out her legs.

She gave me her hit em hard leg schedule, and told me 'Don't worry, your arms will come back', and you know what, they have.

Remember I do all this without gear, and I do find it hard keeping my shoulders.

I did put on some serious chub too!

I have read in a few training books that it is good to take some time out each year.


Don't stress to much, eat well, and don't get carried away with crap food cause you are bored and at home.

bad timing for your pct imo. keep your diet clean , cant you even walk to do some cardio?. best of luck.

Yeah i can walk actually, never thought of that lol!! Just cant breathe too hard because my nose will start bleeding.

Why is it a bad time for PCT? - I'm gonna lose gains either way if i'm not training! Few weeks rest should do me good though - I've only had a couple of weeks rest in the 3 years i've been training for.

i meant it's bad that the time off co-incides with your pct as you wont be able to train ,all the better to keep the muscle.
