Here's one for you to ponder!!!!

We all know protien is what we need to build our muscles right?!!!

So.... explain gorillas!! They must have some fantstic genetics to get to the size and musle mass that they do on just fruit and veg!! :confused:

Horses too, they eat grass and have huge muscles.


I do have a vegetarian friend that looks really awesome, I think he only eats like 40 grams of protein a day.
I do think people have a little misconception of protein intake.
I am not condoning low protein diets but I do think some guys eat too much protein.

Thinking about gorillas, horses etc. Is the list of essential amino acids the same for all animals?

On only 40 grams fair do's mate! Think I'll stick with my 200 grams tho! ;)
