![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | new diet been slacking latley on my deit, been eating protein every 3 hours but been having a lot of sugars from cury sauces ect and also 2-3 take-aways a week and too much beer on weekends. my states 26, 5 foot 7 15.7 stone and 17% bf deit is as follows:- meal 1 50g protein from whey 100g oats 12g fat from flax seed oil meal 2 same as meal 1 meal 3 50g protein from tuna 70g rice 24g fat from flax seed oil meal 4 same as meal 1 meal 5 50g protein from turkey 70g rice meal 6 4 eggs protien 310g, carbs 280 and fat 114, total kcals 3386 supplemets mutli vit (solgar) vit c 1000mg zinc 25mg creatine 5g trainning 4 times a week and cardio 3 x 30 mins ( will be increasing in a few weeks ) im trying to maintain/increase muscle mass and ruduce body fat, any advice will be much appreciated. |
