This is because iv finally got all clear from physiotherapist to start training! So been going to my gym now for 2 weeks and just 'building a base' for a few of months, and without getting too ahead of myself i think it is going really well!What im actually posting this up for is advice on a diet, if not advice then for someone to write me a diet plan! :love: My stats etc are as follows: Im 16, 5ft 6, 10stone dead on. Not fat yet not muscular. I train 3 times a week (Mon Wed Thurs) My training is just 30mins cardio (restricted because of legs at the moment but is slowly progressing) Then Fixed weight machines, i can post it up in more detail if required. I am also on whey protein shakes, i just take one a day on non work out days and 2 on a work out day. Im starting out college so spending money on new clothes, equipment, books etc and gym membership + phone contract so money is REALLY tight at the moment sadly :( Sorry if this is really long winded but would really appreciate any help and would offer all help back i can give except at the moment i dont know too much about any of it!
