    | exploding chicken breasts Ok I cook my chicken stick it in bags and then reheat it in the microwave when I come to eat it, recently it has been exploding in the microwave is there any reason for this?

| Just read this, thanks for that Mr Chef! Also any ideas how long you should be re heating chicken in a microwave? 3-4 mins?

| Re: exploding chicken breasts they explode under my grill too!! haha I think it may be water inside that heats and expands, then when the resistance force is won by the expanding forse bang! A chicken breast bomb! :P Btw I prefer the grill because there is always some animal fat on them and the grill melts it and it drips of the meet after.
