Cheat Meals

For 6 days of the week I eat good, when I say good about 9/10 as I take in a bit too much carb which I would like to swap for protein, but on the 7th day I always have a cheat lunch which is more than often KFC.
Do any of you guys and girls have cheat meals and if so what do you have as I am getting into a habit of going to KFC.:popcorn:

cheat meals

Hell yes i am eating clean at the minute but on a saturday night i have chinese take away, if you dont have to many it aint gonna be much of a problem... call it your reward... plus it gives your system a kick start so hackskii told me !!!

ive lost alot of fat this year and i swear by cheat DAYS!.

i lost the most fat when i had cheat days.

normally for me it was saturday, involving lots of pizza hut then kebabs for tea

in my experience, if you are having low carb days and being extremely clean then cheat days are essential in stopping your metabolism from grinding to a halt! When your body starts to realise your eating less carbs/calories your metabolism will slow down to adjust itself. remember, your body stores fat as a survival mechanism, it doesnt realise you want rid of it!

Also on a psychological level, cheat meals help you from going insane from dieting!

Speaking of cheat meals, i have one tommorow night that i cant get out of, instead of pizza or pasta, ive opted for tapas hoping to avoid too many carbs!

anyone got any ideas otherwise..japanese might be a good idea too

i eat chicken all week

but my cheat is the same chicken but wraped in either a big naan bread or some tortillas with sweet chilli and mayo,.......

so not really much of a cheat,.....

oh and i finish with a big pot of fromaige frais with honey or sweetner or even vannila whey.......

Cheat meals even pre-contest for me are Tex mex/Chinese/pizza or pasta always with cheese, and always followed by a large dish of ice cream. Strawberry cheesecake is my favourite.

Definatley no chicken, steak or any other lean protein!!!!!

This works really well for me all the way in to a show.

thanks for the suggestions but in the end i went for loads of bread, olives, garlic olive oil, cheese, chicken n prawn kebabs, seafood paella, sangria, half a pizza, a few pints of lager and a 10 minute lapdance/lesbian show from two rather nice girls! today will probably continue with a curry and a few more pints, then back to the straight n narrow, god how do i get myself into this mess?
