Help M e get a diet routine plz (very helpfull my diet is full of junk)

can u help me set up a routine diet please? what to eat etc .

i am 16 nearly 17 and im worried about my weight im 17.5 stone , very worried. im on **** Exploive creatine aswell , tub nearly fineshed now.

1 day of mine is this (full of crap , seriously need cuttin !!! (mostly kebab))



9.00am =(brekfast) Sugar puffs

10.30am =Usually Take some Creatine ,

11.00am = Weight Training on the bench

1.00pm = (dinner) Tomoto soup , or sandwiches , Fizzy
Pop


3.00pm= some kind of snack ,
5.00pm-6.00pm = chips beans and sum kind of meat usually.

6.50pm= Take some Creatine


7.00pm = Weight Training On Bench , and Powerliffting.


9.00pm = choc bar +crisps, pop.

10.00pm= Bed


i Kno its a discrace lol. please help. lol
