Talking Newbie in search of advice

First of all hello everyone!

im new to the site and think its great, im 23 5"6 161lb. Ive been sat about doing sweet naf all for the last two years apart from local footy team on a sunday. I stopped going to the gym two years ago but really i wasn't into the weights that much mainly cardio. Ive kinda let myself go a bit over the last two years, to look lean i think ill have to drop about 14lb of fat. Basically im really getting into the bodybuilding sport ive not got a bad frame and theres a bit of muscle already there. what i would love from you guys is a diet!!!!! plz plz plz.

my diet at the moment is not great.

breakfast = bowl of the old shreded wheat.

dinner = 300g of chicken on its own.

tea = 300g of chicken with pasta

snacks = apple/banana

also i take two fish oil tablets a day!! this has been my diet for the last two weeks my diet before thet was pretty terible probably about 3000 calories of crap, pizza, chips, kfc, etc etc etc.

not trying to go mad at the start but would like a simple diet where i can start to see progress say in the first 4-5 weeks.

Hope this isnt too much to ask guys and sorry for the rant.
