how many kcals?

i read in a old book that i come across that i need to eat 3600 kcals to matain my weight. so for me to put on lean mass i would need to eat apporx 4100 kcals. would u guys say this sounds about right as i think its a little high

depends bud....

i'm 235 lbs.... about 15%bf and can gain lean weight at 2600-2700 cals a day...

i lose at about 2200-2300....

its all personal really

hehe jst assin round T u look gd hun! if thts u in the pic like ha:P

am in the same sort of sitaution as skizxi as i dont no how many calories to eat what to eat, whats got high carbs, not enough,i jst get lost and confused as thrs to much information ha can any body lower the tone to lame terms for us thickos? am 23 5'10 160pounds bout 10-12 % body fat at a guess fairly built and strong, any body no what calories a should be takin in anh what from also carbs greatly appricated! thanks alot and keep up the good work people! evryones so nice here and helpful!
