![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | how many kcals? i read in a old book that i come across that i need to eat 3600 kcals to matain my weight. so for me to put on lean mass i would need to eat apporx 4100 kcals. would u guys say this sounds about right as i think its a little high |
