![]() | Cutting Diet advice needed Hi all, If anyone could give me some feedback on my cutting diet that would be really helpful. I'm a newbie so I'm in 'the honeymoon' period (3 months) where I am trying to cut and bulk. I've been doing ok so far but I can tell things are starting to slow down in terms to muscle gains and weightloss. Goal: My main goal is to loose bodyfat so I'm doing steady cardio 3 times a week and playing football (kinda HIIT) and I am doing weights 2 or 3 times a week as well. I've got a slow metabolism and put on fat very easily. Eating Plan: This is the daily plan that I am trying to follow including the supplements that I am taking. While following this diet though my stools are a very loose though Quote:
I've just started taking Clen this week so I am also on 5g of Taurine and two banana's a day. I'll cycle the clen for two weeks and then go on to a EC stack. I've been on an ECA stack before but not Clen. Stats: Sex: Male Age: 25 Years Old Weight: 95kg Height: 5" 10' BF: 20% Thanks for any help or advice. | |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You could add a good fat here: Breakfast - 9:00 I would add some protein to: Midmorning - 11:00 Drop the banana here and add a protein and good fat here.: Snack - 4:00 Tea - 7:00 could have a good fat in there and you could drop the bread. Spread your oils out during the day, a little with each meal so it will lower the glycemic load of that meal. This will be good to help suppress insulin and fat burning can happen. In the presence of insulin fat burning stops. Also, I don’t see why you are eating quite a few grams of carbs from bananas so you can take clen or EPH. Sorry but I think it would be a lot easier to lose weight with out the stimulants and opt for diet manipulation. EPH does not burn anywhere what the bananas need to be burned. Drop the bananas and take a potassium supplement if that is the worry. Sorry, I don’t like to see drugs being used for a dietary problem. Up your protein and fats some and choose fruits and vegetables when dieting.
