good ol spag bol for me!!!

500g steak mince £1.93
dolmio bol sauce £1
300g brown pasta 20p

2 meals worth there, and for just over £3

Chicken breast fillets cooked on the old George Foreman, along with either sweet pots/jacket pots, finished off with HP Smoke BBQ sauce!!! Mmmm

Marinated turkey breasts (marinated for 24 hrs in......equal amonts of fresh.garlic,ginger,chillis,limes,corriander.)

the meat is virtually cooked/cured the next day due to the lime/chilli enzymes.

so a quick 5 mins under the pre-heated, red hot grill, is enuff to cook em, and keep em soft, (i even get a bit of a charred edge on em....)

when dieting its 175 gms of this with a spoon of rice (boiled with cumin/termuric in the water)

and a bit of fat free fromage frais on the plate , to cool it a bit......

when not dieting.....
i still eat the same but covered in Thai sweet chilli ketchup, and lashings of mayo, and rolled into fluffy pitta/naan,s,/tortilla,s......

and a full pint o ben and jerry's for pud.....

oh and all this usually sitsa on top of a bottle or two of good red wine, (i usually pay upwards of a pound for a good bottle....lol!)

tinytom u big beef head u ha ha u llok good mate! you say u never used drugs or anythink like tht gh or anythink? how did u get it to thta shape! and how long did it take? any advice for a bigginer? aready quite strong n some shape jst wish to go a lil bit bigger n ripped liked ur pic ha please shaer you secrets ha thanks lee

I like my apple and beef patty with some fish oils.
I just ate that at work a few minutes ago.
