Ive just had some toast.....
....and now im shaking, feeling weak, getting hot and craving sweet foods does this mean ive just spiked my insulin?
Does this happen to anyone else?

ohhhh a bit o toast !....

what i wunt do for a bit o toast just now,....

a nice thick bit of wholemeal toast , just started to go black at the crust,

smothered in real butter, with a good spoonfull of raspberry jam spread right into the corners,!!!!!!

crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside,

did i tell any body i,m dieting by any chance!!??

cap dude! keep the toast/delicious food stories to your self eh??

now u all wouldnt believe the big laugh that burst outa me over the toast and jam thing then. i reckon my neighbours heard that.
but no more as my f in throat is still sore. its up n.wales and spreading. i hope you all get it so i can catch a couple of wks back on you in the gym.
please lord curse all on site bar me with a sore f in throat and mild flu or what ever the hell it is. i know its evil, i know. but please just this once damn them all for lifting those heavy weights and enjoying it. its just not natural(for 2wks anyway).

Whats your diet like mate? What are you eating in a typical day?

You should give yourself a cheat day so you can eat sh!t - sposed to be benefitial to bodybuilding. I give myself 7 every week :-)
